Postage costs are calculated automatically for each item and added to your total at the checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 - 5 working days, subject to stock availability. We will be in contact with you if there are any changes to this.
To reduce our environmental footprint we reuse as much packaging as possible.
Prior to dispatch all orders are checked and packaged appropriately to ensure they leave our facilities in perfect condition. However we understand that damages can occasionally occur during transit. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item please inform us within 24 hours of delivery providing full details and photographic evidence.
We’re confident that you’ll love your purchase from Farm Interiors. However, if, for any reason your order does not fulfil your expectations please contact within 7 days of delivery and we will provide you with a returns code. Providing the items are returned to us in their original perfect condition, in their original packaging and unused we can offer a full refund or exchange.
Excepting faulty items, you are liable for all returns arrangements and costs. Please ensure items are packed carefully in original packaging and include your returns code.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage as we are not liable for return items lost in transit.
